Turn an evening by the coast into something memorable with a private, chef-led dining experience enjoyed entirely from the comfort of your cottage at Wilson’s Coastal Club.
Led by Chef Kyle Christofferson, a Chopped Canada runner-up, the Coastal Table Experience brings a multi-course plated dinner directly to you. Your meal is prepared in-cottage using locally inspired flavours and seasonal ingredients, giving you the experience of an elevated restaurant dinner without having to leave your cottage.

Whether you're celebrating something special, planning a getaway with friends, or simply want to make one evening of your stay a little more memorable, the experience is designed to feel relaxed, personal, and distinctly Nova Scotian. Guests can choose from curated seasonal menus featuring seafood-forward, land-based, and mixed selections. Dietary restrictions and allergies can be accommodated where reasonably possible when provided in advance.
The Coastal Table Experience is available to guests staying throughout Wilson’s Coastal Club and can accommodate intimate groups of up to seven guests.

Pricing
Accommodation is booked separately and is not included in the pricing below.
Pricing is based on the number of guests enjoying the experience:
• 1–2 guests: $295 per person
• 3 guests: $220 per person
• 4–7 guests: $185 per person
Maximum group size: 7 guests.
Planning Your Experience
The Coastal Table Experience is offered by advance reservation and is subject to chef availability.
• A minimum of two weeks’ advance booking is required.
• Please contact our office to inquire about availability and add the experience to your cottage stay.
• Menu selections and dietary information must be provided in advance.
• Availability is limited and dependent on chef scheduling.
• Gratuity is not included and may be provided directly to the chef at your discretion.
