resort, booking & cancellation policies

  • Reservations are not confirmed until a 25% booking deposit has been successfully processed and an official confirmation has been issued by Wilson’s Coastal Club Resort. Payment of the deposit constitutes acceptance of all booking, resort, and cancellation policies.

The remaining balance must be paid in full by the deadline specified on the invoice. Failure to remit payment by the due date may, at the sole discretion of Wilson’s Coastal Club Resort, result in cancellation of the reservation without refund of the deposit.

This fee is payable to the operator at the time of purchase of the reservation. • Wood-fired hot tubs require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to prepare and must be added at the time of booking or approved in advance. Bookings made within 24 hours of arrival may not have hot tub access on the first night.

    • Wilson’s Coastal Club Resort will clean, fill, and initially heat the hot tub prior to use. Guests are responsible for maintaining the temperature for the remainder of their stay.

    • Wood-fired hot tubs are weather- and condition-dependent. In rare circumstances, hot tubs may not be able to be prepared prior to arrival.

    • For multi-night stays, if preparation is delayed due to conditions, the hot tub will be prepared on the next available day once conditions improve. No refunds are issued for a one-day delay. If a hot tub cannot be prepared at all during your stay due to unforeseen circumstances, the hot tub add-on fee only will be refunded.

    • Only resort-supplied firewood may be used. A signed Wood-Fired Hot Tub Waiver is required, and guests are responsible for any damage caused by misuse, including damage to the tub or lid.

    • The wood-fired sauna is a shared amenity available exclusively to registered guests. Access is first-come, first-served and not guaranteed.

    • Only resort-purchased firewood may be used. Only fresh (non-salt) water may be used for steam.

    • A signed Wood-Fired Sauna Waiver is required. Misuse or damage may result in loss of access without refund and/or additional charges.
